How to enjoy the most your SUNDAY in Paris - FOOD

It is Sunday, almost all the stores are closed, so the big museums are full... what should you do?

I've been living in Paris for several years, in Marais - the 4th arrondissement - between St Paul and Hotel de Ville. Because it is rather a Jewish neighborhood, Sunday is a FUNDAY!

Rue de Rosiers
You can walk around the small streets next to St Paul station. Don't miss the famous Jewish street RUE DE ROSIERS - there you will see a lot of places selling FALAFEL - and the most famous one, LE AS DU FALAFEL - that is closed from Friday night to Saturday night.

But I would recommend you to go to eat at MIZNON, 22 rue des Ecouffes. They serve several kinds of sandwiches - that are very tasty.

If they are too full (they are all the time, but they serve very fast) you can go to the new place called Soum Soum in the same street.

Another beautiful place to go to eat - especially pastry- is the pastry shop of YANN COUVREUR. They have salty quiches, quinoa salad, and another fast and good food options, but their specialty is PASTRY - you can die for it. In the very same Rue des Rosiers.

Secret garden Rue de Rosiers : perfect to eat your falafel
For good pastry, I would recommend you as well Pain de Sucre, with their so delicious pastries.

If you like Eclairs, you have the famous shop Eclair de Génie - 14, rue Pavée - they are absolutely amazing! The chocolates less special...

And if you like these monothematic shops you can go to around the number 37 RUE DU ROI DE SICILE:

-She's cake: with several options of cheesecakes
- Comme à Lisbonne: Pastel de Belém, the typical Portuguese Pastry
-Yummy Pop: Popcorn, a bit expensive, but is a tendency

But if you like ice-cream I have awesome suggestions:

If you are an ice-cream addicted and gastronomic person:

UNE GLACE A PARIS - They have several different tastes combinations and it is just PERFECT. They have as well iced pastry - amazing as well 15 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, 75004.

In front of this shop, you have Pierre Hermé with their amazing MACARONS and as well exclusive ice creams at summer time!

Place des Vosges: perfect for a picnic
In the corner of this street with Rue Vieille du Temple, you have the famous AMORINO ice cream, that they serve as a flower - it is not homemade, but it is very good.

POZETTO and GROM are two other divine Ice Cream that you can find at Rue Vieille du Temple.

And if you are keen of BRUNCH - all over you have several options, but I would recommend you to go to HAUT MARAIS at the typical MARCHE DES ENFANTS ROUGES at 39 Rue de Bretagne, 75003 Paris! In this covered market, you have several food options and good prices.

And my Vegan friends, you can find vegan food at the Jewish restaurants, but as well at Rue Rambuteau at Le Potager du Marais and if you like burgers, at Rue des Archives you can have a special menu at HANK BURGERS - I just love it!

And you can eat it at Musée des Archives garden: a very Parisian Experience!
